All orders must be placed online then email us the order number and attach either your file for your project, or tell us what you would like us to design for you - including any pictures you would like on your project.

Please keep these hints in mind:
All predesigned projects must have a 0.125" bleed.
All photos must be a minimum of 300 dpi (dots per inch).
We cannot take a very low quality photo and make it 300 dpi.
Please design your project in CMYK. Files designed in RGB may experience a color shift.

You may send .jpg, .jpeg, .psd, .tif, .tiff, .eps, .ai, .cdr, .pdf, and .png files.

We prefer that you send .PDF and .EPS files with outlined fonts. These files are easier to handle and will likely speed up your turnaround. Remember to add crop marks and flatten your files before uploading.

Publisher and Word files will be accepted but will be converted into .pdf or .jpg files.
